My training result in Fitness First today:
50 Vipee jumps （started with push up position then jumped backwards then jumped forwards)(I used 3 minutes and 58 seconds, my trainer said very good, and that is a crazy result), 50 sit ups (only need to touch the knees, 1 minute and 40 seconds, good result) and the cardio on the big bicycle with a fan (2 miles, 9 minutes and 38 seconds). Will repeat the same tests again early next month to check my progress.
My trainer booked me 5:00 pm for training time today, as he thought that he could finish his last day of training early. Unfortunately he could not. So he could only give me 20 minutes today, as he has got his next student at 6:00 p.m. He will make up for the lost time of today on coming Monday.
I am getting stronger and tougher so this is good news.
